  The place is alright, it lacks good instructions on where you actually are camping. The website for reserving a site could use some TLC. The people and businesses on the island are great and so is the solitude.

  Out of the 5 different campground at which I have stayed on Catalina Island, Two Harbors was my least favorite. Our campsite had almost no flat ground to pitch a tent which had me sliding downhill all night long. However, I am sure there are other, better sites in the campground. This campground is very accessible which may be a pro or a con depending on your style of camping. There are some pretty decent ocean views from most campsites and there are plenty of sites to go around.
